Why no reviews yet? Casa Palmera recently changed hands and was fully renovated for the 2026–27 season. It's hosted by Deanna, a Superhost with 300+ reviews, and run day to day by our local Nosara team. Some photos still show the house before the renovation; new professional photos arrive in December. The renovation: a brand-new kitchen with Taj Mahal quartzite counters and a waterfall island, a new Crate & Barrel sectional in the living room, new lighting and window shades throughout, and new sliding glass doors onto a repaved pool patio. All four bathrooms are redone in white Venetian stucco with new sinks, mirrors and lighting, and Bedroom 2 now has a queen bed plus a twin bunk, a new desk and a closet. The house sleeps up to 11 across four bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortable for a family, a group of couples, or a multi-family beach trip. Most of the home is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is fast throughout. Outside, the two-level pool with its infinity-edge spillover is the heart of the property, surrounded by new decking, sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and a spacious backyard. Every bathroom is stocked with Raw Botanicals products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash handmade in Costa Rica with organic botanicals), and we use non-toxic, fragrance-free cleaning throughout. The location Nosara's K section is one of the area's most sought-after residential pockets: quiet, green, and a 5-minute walk to the sand. Close enough for sunrise surf and easy trips home to rinse off, far enough to feel like your own private retreat.
