This listing books the whole compound: the 4BR/4BA main house plus the private 1-bedroom, 1-bath casita next door, connected by a shared gate and pool. The casita has its own fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom, perfect for extended family, couples who want their own space, or overflow when the main house fills up. The renovation: the main house gets a brand-new kitchen with Taj Mahal quartzite counters and a waterfall island, a new Crate & Barrel sectional, new lighting and window shades, and new sliding glass doors onto a repaved pool patio. All the bathrooms are redone in white Venetian stucco with new sinks, mirrors and lighting, and Bedroom 2 now has a queen bed plus a twin bunk, a new desk and a closet. The casita gets a brand-new kitchen with teak cabinets, quartz countertops, a gas range and oven, a dishwasher, a new refrigerator, woven basket lighting and Masaya woven stools, and its king bedroom now opens onto its own private terrace, separate from the main house and pool. Together the house and casita sleep up to 15 across five bedrooms and five bathrooms, comfortable for a family reunion, several couples, or a multi-family beach trip. Most of the home is air-conditioned, Wi-Fi is fast throughout, and the pool and spacious backyard are the heart of the property, built for lounging, grilling, and letting the kids run. Every bathroom is stocked with Raw Botanicals products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash handmade in Costa Rica with organic botanicals), and we use non-toxic, fragrance-free cleaning throughout. The location Nosara's K section is one of the area's most sought-after residential pockets: quiet, green, and a 5-minute walk to the sand. Close enough for sunrise surf and easy trips home to rinse off, far enough to feel like your own private retreat.
