Your own modern one-bedroom apartment in Nosara's K section, fully separate from the main house next door. It has everything for an independent stay: a newly renovated full kitchen with teak cabinets, quartz countertops, a gas range and oven, a dishwasher and a new refrigerator, plus woven basket lighting and Masaya woven stools, a living room with two single beds for extra guests, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. Sleeps up to 4.

A gated entrance separates the casita from the main house, so you have complete privacy. Wi-Fi is fast throughout, the bathroom is stocked with Raw Botanicals products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash handmade in Costa Rica with organic botanicals), and we use non-toxic, fragrance-free cleaning.

The location Nosara's K section is one of the area's most sought-after residential pockets: quiet, green, and a 5-minute walk to the sand. Close enough for sunrise surf and easy trips home to rinse off, far enough to feel like your own private retreat.

Your stay includes full, private use of the casita — the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room are entirely yours. A gate separates the casita from the main house next door, so you have complete privacy during your stay.
