Casa Rocky Point

We had a great stay! The place was clean and well kept, and the area felt safe the whole time. We rented a golf cart and got everywhere easily: the beach is a quick walk or drive, with tons of restaurants and things to do close by. The pool was the standout and a huge hit with both the adults and the kids in our crew. Our host was very responsive and went above and beyond helping us book services and recommending places to go. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable home base in Nosara!

Jennifer's home was immaculate and amazing, just like the photos. Would not and will not hesitate to stay there again in Nosara. Highlights: We traveled with a party of 5 and there was plenty of space and more. *The pool and hot tub were gorgeous, with flocks of Parakeets and such flying around adding the peaceful setting. *The home itself was clean, private, secure, and large. Perfect for our own dinners and a restful place. *Location is great - minutes to the ocean as well as the main Nosara stretch and organic markets. *Service was concierge, we got a tour of the property when we checked in, and consistent support in planning activities on our trip!

Casa Rocky Point did not disappoint! Gorgeous property, great location, easy walk to the beach while you pass friendly and reasonable vendors to rent surfboards and ATVs. The house was spotless and the attention to detail was 10/10...from the bathroom amenities, hamper in each bedroom, laundry detergent, abundance of pool/beach towels, beach chairs, coffee, sugar, etc... We loved hanging in the hammocks after our beach days and enjoyed the jacuzzi. We had an incredible week and we highly recommend staying here. Jennifer and Gaby were outstanding hosts - professional and quick to respond to our questions. Pura vida!!

We loved absolutely everything about our stay! The home is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Jennifer and staff were extremely easy and prompt with communication. Just far enough away from the restaurants and nightlife to be quiet at night, but close enough to walk there and back. The beach is also an easy walk.

Jennifer was an extremely proactive, kind, understanding, and responsive host. She had so many great recommendations for restaurants to check out and things to do, which really improved our stay! I was here with some of my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party right before my wedding up north and the villa did not disappoint for an incredibly memorable time with my girls! The infinity pool was definitely a nice, relaxing feature for the moments we were too tired to go into town. I will never forget my amazing bachelorette trip in this incredible space!

Jennifer and her team has been one of the best experiences ive had in Airbnb. Extremely responsive, friendly, and very thoughtful. My friend was really sick the day we were leaving, and she was very understanding of our late checkout. The house was actually PERFECT! We all wanted to stay and live there. Not small but not too big, perfect amount of rooms and perfect amount of living space. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi as hot as you want a jacuzzi to be and the temperature was really easy to manage. We used all the amenities: outside shower, speaker, grill, hammocks, beach chairs, kitchen, tv and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for a great few days that left us with the best memories and need to come back!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Rocky Point. The property was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and patio area! The beach, resturants and grocery store were a short 10-15min walk from the property and we appreciated all of the fantastic recommendations Jennifer provided as well as the fast response time with any questions we had.

Jennifer’s place is absolutely amazing. Location is ideal as it is close to beach, town and yoga. It is all walkable. House and pool are awesome. Very responsive with all our needs and wants. House comes with concierge service which was a huge plus. Our family had an epic vacation! Pure Vida

If your looking for a relaxing place, near the beach, beautiful home with a lovely pool and hot tub and a very well done house with a tremendous host look no further. We can't wait to go back next year to the same house. As noted earlier just be prepared the road that the house is on is in rough shape as new homes are going up. It's very rocky and sandy. It's nothing that should hold you back but just a heads up. Amazing place for a vacation and perfect home!

Jennifer was an incredibly flexible and responsive host, and she made our last-minute booking very easy. The home was spotless and very comfortable for our weeklong stay. The pool was fantastic, the AC worked perfectly, and the location was ideal - close enough to walk into town but tucked away in a quieter area. Everything was clearly well taken care of. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Jennifer's place -- our family of four (two little ones and my husband and I) had a great time. The pool is perfectly located, with views of the trees for bird watching and monkey spotting. We loved the simplicity and cleanliness of the house, it had everything we needed. Walkable to the beach, but we still had a buggy for getting to different areas of Nosara. Jennifer was great to connect with on anything local, or questions we had about the house (there we not many as it was in great shape and working order). Four large bedrooms with ensuites was larger than we needed but would be great if we had another couple join us - super spacious! Thanks for the lovely trip, again, we had a fantastic time and are thankful to have booked this house.

Casa Rocky Point is incredible! A new modern deluxe home with every modern day convenience that you could want plus it is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants! Jennifer, Jon and Andrew are incredible hosts that helped us with last minute travel disruptions both arriving and departing Nosara. Their help and flexibility made difficult situations much easier for us! Thank you Jennifer, Jon and Andrew! We loved Nosara for the beaches and restaurants but Casa Rocky Point and it's pristine swimming pool made our visit most enjoyable. We didn't want to leave!

Incredible place, had so much fun there! The Jacuzzi is actually hot and easy to use. It heats up pretty quickly as well. Wish we could stay there longer! Every room was squeaky clean, the showers had great temperature and pressure. Definitely recommend the place! The host is very responsive and helpful also.

We had a wonderful experience at Rocky Point, the house is beautiful and immaculate. We enjoyed hanging by the pool and hot tub and really enjoyed the big boom box for pool parties! The rooms were super comfy and clean. The beds were super comfy and the outdoor shower was really nice ! Close to everything in Guiones and walking distance to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

Casa super completa, equipadas com tudo de primeira qualidade. Tudo muito bem cuidado. Curtimos muito a churrasqueira e a piscina. Sala separada dos quartos dando privacidade e tranquilidade para quem estava nos quartos. Banheiros grandes e com amenities muito boas. Viagem com grupo de amigos para surfar é uma excelente opção. Espero voltar em breve.

Wow! An absolutely beautiful home with very tasteful decor, state of the art kitchen, comfortable spacious layout, luxurious towels and soaps etc... Jennifer and Andrew were very efficient and helpful with any issue that arose. Andrew helped us when we needed to deliver packages to a venue nearby. We really enjoyed our time.
