THE PROPERTY

Casa Pipeline (4BR / 4.5BA) and Casita Backdoor (2BR / 1BA) share the same grounds but live completely independently — separate entrances, separate outdoor spaces, separate worlds. Casita guests sit lower on the property; you'd never know anyone else was there.

Together they sleep 16 comfortably, up to 20 with sofa beds. The heart of Casa Pipeline is a sweeping great room anchored by a large granite island, where the chef's kitchen, dining, and living spaces open through walls of glass onto the pool terrace. GE Monogram and GE Café appliances throughout. Dining for 20 — indoors and out.

THE DETAILS

Both homes are built with intention. Organic cotton sheets and towels. Raw Botanicals bath products, handmade in Costa Rica with organic botanicals — no synthetics. Non-toxic, fragrance-free cleaning throughout. A battery backup system handles Nosara's occasional power outages without interrupting your stay. The property is fully gated and walled for privacy and security.

Casa Rocky Point — our 4BR / 4.5BA home next door — connects through a private gate in the driveway. The full compound sleeps up to 32 and is ideal for destination weddings, yoga teacher trainings, large family reunions, and corporate retreats. Message us to check availability.

The entire property is yours from the moment you arrive — self check-in via smart code locks, no coordination required.

Casa Pipeline and Casita Backdoor each have their own private entrance and access code, so guests in each residence come and go completely independently.

You have full access to every space on the grounds: all bedrooms, living areas, the pool and Jacuzzi terrace, rooftop yoga deck, rancho, patios, balconies, outdoor showers, garage, and surfboard storage.

We have a dedicated housekeeping laundry room on-site — separate from the washer and dryer inside the house — so linens are always laundered fresh without any interruption to your stay.

Gaby, our on-the-ground property manager, is your day-to-day contact — responsive, local, and genuinely invested in making your stay exceptional. Whether it's a question before arrival, something you need during your stay, or a recommendation for where to eat, she's just a message away.

Check-in is at 4pm, check-out at 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the schedule — just ask and we'll do our best.

Nosara is a sleepy town where people rise early and sleep early — it's part of what makes it special. We ask that music and outdoor noise wind down by 10pm, in keeping with the rhythm of the community.

Small gatherings are welcome. For larger events, weddings, or retreats with outside guests joining, please reach out before booking so we can make sure everything is set up properly for your group.
