This listing covers Casa Pipeline — the main house — with full access to every outdoor space: pool, Jacuzzi, yoga shala, rancho, and gardens. Casita Backdoor is a separate guesthouse on the same grounds with its own entrance, living completely independently.

THE HOUSE

A 4BR/4.5BA villa rising three levels above the jungle, 7 minutes from Playa Guiones. Black steel and teak architecture frames walls of glass that open onto the pool terrace. The house sits elevated on a hillside, surrounded by tree canopy — with howler monkeys close enough to hear from the terraces.

At the heart of the main level: a dramatic Madeirus Leather quartzite island — deep charcoal stone with bold veining — anchoring a chef's kitchen with GE Monogram and GE Café appliances and open teak shelving. Island seating for 5, dining table for 8, outdoor dining for 8. The kitchen is where mornings start and evenings linger.

The estate unfolds across three levels, each its own destination:

· Charcoal biotile pool and Jacuzzi terrace with built-in bench seating, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining for 8 · The Rancho — a palm-thatched open-air lounge with marble floors, curved outdoor sofa, hammocks, and ceiling fan, suspended above the jungle canopy · Master bedroom level with private plant terrace and jungle views · Rooftop yoga shala — fully open-air studio with teak floor, bamboo ceiling, ceiling fans, built-in barre, and Manduka mat and prop storage for 20. All four bedrooms have en-suite Aurora Boreal quartzite bathrooms.

The entire property is yours from the moment you arrive — self check-in via smart code lock, no coordination required.

You have full access to every space on the grounds: all bedrooms, living areas, the charcoal biotile pool and Jacuzzi terrace, rooftop yoga shala, the Rancho, outdoor showers, surfboard storage, and 2-car garage.

Casa Pipeline shares the same grounds as Casita Backdoor — but the two properties are completely independent with separate entrances and separate access codes. If the Casita is occupied, you will not see or hear the other guests. Your stay is entirely private regardless.

We have a dedicated housekeeping laundry room on-site — separate from the washer and dryer inside the house — so linens are always laundered fresh without any interruption to your stay.

The K Section of Playa Guiones is one of Nosara’s most desirable neighborhoods, known for its quiet, upscale feel and easy beach access. Surrounded by lush jungle and wildlife, it’s just a short walk to the world-class surf of Playa Guiones. This area offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to Nosara’s yoga studios, boutique shops, and excellent restaurants. Streets are lined with beautiful homes, and the vibe is relaxed yet refined — perfect for guests seeking both tranquility and convenience.

Most guests explore Playa Guiones on foot, by golf cart, ATV, or taxi/tuk-tuk. From Casa Pipeline, it’s just a 7-minute walk to the beach, yoga, restaurants, and shops. For exploring nearby beaches or attractions, we recommend a rental car — secure parking is available in the two-car garage.

Check-in is at 4pm, check-out at 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the schedule — just ask and we'll do our best.

Nosara is a sleepy town where people rise early and sleep early — it's part of what makes it special. We ask that music and outdoor noise wind down by 10pm, in keeping with the rhythm of the community.

Small gatherings are welcome. For larger events, weddings, or retreats with outside guests joining, please reach out before booking so we can make sure everything is set up properly for your group.
